Viva Vigan! — Celebrating the Fiesta of the Conversion of St. Paul in the Heritage City

  As Ivisited the Heritage City of Vigan and witnessed the celebration of the Fiesta of the Conversion of Saint Paul through a live concert held as part of the festivities. The venue was filled with excitement as people gathered to enjoy the music and celebrate together. The lights, sound, and crowd energy made the night feel special, showing how the city keeps the fiesta lively even in the new normal.



During the concert, different performers took the stage and entertained the audience with energetic songs and performances. The crowd sang along, cheered, and enjoyed the moment, creating a fun and festive atmosphere. I also noticed that organizers maintained order and safety, allowing everyone to enjoy the concert comfortably while still being mindful of health and security measures.




Overall, my concert experience in Vigan was unforgettable. Even though my documentation was limited to yesterday’s event, the concert clearly reflected the joyful spirit of the Fiesta of the Conversion of Saint Paul. It was a great way to see how music brings people together and adds excitement to the celebration in the Heritage City of Vigan.

  Vigan is the most intact example in Asia of a planned Spanish colonial town, established in the 16th century. Its architecture reflects the coming together of cultural elements from elsewhere in the Philippines and from China with those of Europe and Mexico to create a unique culture and townscape without parallels anywhere in East and South-East Asia. Who Is Me

I am a quiet person, and I'm okay with that. I don't always talk much, especially in big groups, then again that doesn't mean I'm not thinking or feeling a lot. I'm more comfortable when things are calm, and I like spending time alone. It's in those quiet moments that I feel most likely myself when m drawing, playing games, or just sitting in most of the time in my thoughts.
